Vincent J. Talluto, age 78, passed away peacefully on February 1, 2021 in Sharpsburg, MD surrounded by his family. Vincent was born in Southwest Philadelphia on March 30, 1942 to Charlie Talluto and Josephine Menta.Vincent served in the Navy and upon returning, married his late wife, Barbara McVean. They remained in Southwest Philadelphia to raise their family. Vincent retired after serving 20 years with the Philadelphia Police Department. In 1993, they moved to Frederick, MD and then in 2000 to Gettysburg, PA while Vincent had a second career with the Department of Defense as civilian police at Fort Dietrick. After his 2nd retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his family. Devoted father of Lorie (Greg) Marrella, Vincent (Lori) Talluto, Michael (Judy) Talluto and Tracie (Kirk) Wims. Very supportive brother-in-law of Ina Hewitt (nee McVean). Also survived by his thirteen loving grandchildren and his three great- grandchildren. Brother of Marianne Talluto, Paul (Susan) Talluto and Bernadette (William) Delaney. Also,his late brothers Angelo Talluto and Charles Talluto.
