Salvatore Anthony Scaramuzzino

Salvatore Anthony Scaramuzzino, age 63 of Springfield, PA passed away suddenly on January 10, 2021 after a brief illness. Sal was the son of the late Bruno & Dolores (nee Ciminera) Scaramuzzino,beloved husband of Virginia (nee Mento), loving and devoted father of Salvatore, Jr. (Sandra) Scaramuzzino, cherished brother of Liz A. Hammonds (Robert). Sal also leaves behind many loving cousins and friends.Due to COVID, services and interment were held privately. A memorial mass will be held in honor of Sal at a later date.Sal spent many wonderful years as a bartender/restaurant owner in Center City Philadelphia. With that in mind, Sal’s family is requesting donations in lieu of mass cards/flowers for the hospitality industry that has been devastated by COVID. Donations in Salvatore’s name can be mailed in or made online.
