Tascione1927~2021Rodolfo “Rudy,” age 93, of Broomall, PA passed away on August 20, 2021.Rodolfo was born in Scerni, Italy, a small town where he started his family before immigrating to the United States in 1962. His passion for quality led to a long career as a tailor for H. Freeman & Son. Rodolfo was dedicated to his family and worked two part-time jobs in addition to being a full-time tailor for most of his career. In retirement, he enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren and growing his own fruits and vegetables in the backyard garden.Rodolfo had many interests, but his main one was people. He loved to meet new people and learn about them because everyone had a unique story. On family vacations to the shore, he would know who all the neighboring people on the beach were and where they were from by the end of the day. His loved ones will always remember him for his drive, devotion to his family, love of people, and great sense of humor.He was the son of the late Panfilo and Rosaria (nee Palmucci) Tascione.Predeceased by his brothers Mario Tascione (Anna) and Nicola Tascione (Esterina).Survived by his beloved wife of 66 years, Beatrice (nee Ranalli) Tascione; his cherished daughter, Rosaria “Rose” Aquino (Michael); his adoring grandchildren David and Lisa Aquino; and his brother Dante Tascione (Carmela).Relatives and Friends are invited to his Visitation on Thursday, September 9, 2021 9:30AM-10:15AM with Funeral Mass to follow 10;30AM (ALL IN CHURCH)St. Anastasia Church 3301 West Chester Pike, Newtown Square PA. Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.
