CARAFAJosephine, Age 87, of Havertown PA, on February 28th 2019. Beloved wife of the late Joseph “Hugo” Carafa. Precious daughter of the late Carmella (nee DiValerio) and Carmen DiPietrantonio. Loving mother of Rosalie Carafa, Francis Carafa, and Joanne C. McCarthy (Mike). Adoring sister of Daniel DiPietrantonio (Georgeanna), Angela Mancuso (the late Philip), and the late Philomena (Fee) DiPietrantonio (the late Nunzio). Cherished grandmother of Kristie Bullock, Brian Mazer (Rachel), Aaron Mazer (Beth), Joseph Carafa (Amy), Maryanne Sholl (Andy), Francine Hutchinson (Keenon), Ashley Rambo (Paul), and Ali McCarthy. Dearest great-grandmother of eleven great-grandchildren, and one great-great grandchild. Cared for by her devoted caretakers Angela Jones, and Nancy Zennah. Relatives and friends are invited to her Viewing on Thursday, March 7th, from 9:00 AM – 9:45 AM, at Presentation B.V.M. Church, 240 Haverford Rd, Wynnewood, PA 19096. Funeral Mass to follow at 10:00 AM.
