Joseph “Joey” Vitelli

Joseph J. Vitelli, ‘Joey” of Souderton, PA, age 72, passed away May 13, 2023.

Joey was a genuine, kind, caring person. He was the happiest person who never complained, and was thankful for even the smallest of things. He loved with all his heart, and we love him with all of ours. He loved the classics such as Star Trek, marvel movies and comic books. He was a big kid at heart. One of his favorite holidays was Halloween which he loved to dress up for no matter his age. When someone asked Uncle Joey how old he was, he would say “you’re only as old as you feel, and I feel young”. He was a son, brother, uncle, cousin, and friend. He was unique and if the world was full of Uncle Joeys it would certainly be considered heaven. How blessed we are to have known such a great man.

Graduate of 1968 Marple Newtown High School. Predeceased by his parents, the late Joseph, and Elissa (nee Dell’Olio) Vitelli.

> Survived by his loving siblings Steven M. (Geri) Vitelli, Joan E. (Tom) Brittingham, and Karen A. (Buster) Tripp.
> Also survived by several nieces and nephews & great nieces and nephews.
> Care Givers Ann & Ed Leight.

> 2:00 PM at the D’Anjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. Funeral Service to follow at 2:00 PM. Interment SS Peter & Paul Cemetery.
