FIORENTINO Joseph “Joe” Fiorentino, Sr., formerly of Havertown, passed away on December 4, 2017 at Chestnut Knoll in Boyertown, PA.Joe enjoyed his career as a Record Executive with Warner Electra Atlantic Records.Joe was East Coast Marketing Director for WEA. He ran all in-house advertising, coordinating all sales, promotion and marketing for Warner Brothers, Elektra Records and Atlantic Records. For 19 years he worked with and promoted many artists including Frank Sinatra, Tom Jones, The Rolling Stones just to name a few. He loved every minute of his job. While he was in high school he studied acting which got him some parts as an extra in movies and TV. He acted in the live Schmidt’s Beer commercials every Tuesday night for 2 years. Joe wrote a cookbook, We The People of The People of The United States of America Cookbook which was a compilation of recipes that he collected from Senators and other politicians across the USA. He always had a magic trick or 2 to entertain everyone. He loved being around people and always had a compliment to give. He will be sadly missed by many.Joe was predeceased by his wife, Catherine (nee Cabe) and was the loving father of Catherine F. McGraw (John), and Joseph F. Fiorentino, Jr., dear grandfather of Jeffrey McGraw (Sara), Lauren McGraw and Catherine Kent (Colin); great-grandfather of Conor and Evan McGraw and brother of Gloria Moppert.Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing on Thursday, December 14, 10-10:45 AM at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Broomall, 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008. Funeral Service 11 AM. Interment Ss. Peter and Paul Cemetery.In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory to Caring Hospice, 400 Commerce Drive, Ft. Washington, PA 19034 would be appreciated.
