Joe was a Philadelphia Police Officer, and was an avid fan of the Eagles and the Philadelphia Phillies. Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation on Friday, January 17, 9:30 AM -10:45 AM followed by his Service 11:00 AM at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Broomall 2811 West Chester Pike, Broomall, PA 19008.
