Mom, You will always be my friend and you were always there for us. Anything we needed, we could count on you. It is so heartbreaking that you are gone. You were a great cook, I remember all the Sunday dinners. Your hand writing was beautiful. You always remembered our birthdays with a phone call and a card. Your Ice Tea - who could forget it. I remember you playing Bingo with me at the Immaculate Conception Annex and were still going to Bingo up until October 2013. Thanks to you and Dad for our many, many years and great memories in Brigantine. I cannot believe all the sports you were interested in - Phillies, Eagles, Flyers, Sixers, Winter and Summer Olympics, then you were watching Bowling, Tennis and Golf. Guaranteed we could never watch a show if sports was on. Before sports was televised in the 70's, Mom would walk around the home with a transistor up to her ear screaming at the Phillies. I love this sign entering the island of Brigantine. SLOW DOWN - WHAT'S YOUR HURRY YOU'RE ALREADY HERE. I Love you Mom and you will be deeply missed by all of us. Diane

We are very sorry for your loss. Unfortunately we could not attend the service. Looking at Joans photo reminds me of all the laughter in your home. Her smiling face is the exact same! My Mom passed away 4 years ago but Dad is still running circles around all of us. Perhaps you can email me and we can catch up with our families. Thinking of you and your siblings at this sad time.
