Edward Patrick Shanaughy II

Shanaughy Edward Patrick II “Big ED”, age 82, long time resident of Paoli, Pa. passed away Jan. 27 2012 at his home with his beloved family all around him. Survived by his wife of 53 years Angela M. (nee DiVitis) Shanaughy; his sons Edward Patrick Shanaughy III and Michael Damon Shanaughy (Elizabeth); his 3 grandchildren Samantha , Angela F. and Edward Patrick Shanaughy IV . A doting “FAFA” , he adored them and loved singing and dancing with them ; also his sisters Rita Coleman (Robert) and Eileen Mc Callion (Robert); his brother John F. Shanaughy ,(Marie) many nieces and nephews , cousins and friends too many to mention. Preceded in death by his parents Edward Patrick & Bridget Shanaughy Sr. and his sister, Mary Gibbons. Relatives and friends are invited to his Viewing Friday 6 to 9 pm at the D’Anjolell Memorial Home of Malvern 392 Lancaster Ave. ( Rt. 30 & Church Rd) and to his Funeral Mass Saturday 10 AM at St Norbert Church 50 Leopard Rd (Rt. 252) Paoli Pa. 19301. Interment Calvary Cemetery . Donations would be appreciated to St Norbert Church or the charity of your choice.
