Dale M. (nee Kilty) Hoover

HooverDale Marie, age 77, of Downingtown, PA passed away on December 24, 2021.Predeceased by her parents Martin Kilty and Ann (nee Geier).Survived by her loving husband Harvey and 3 brothers, Richard Kilty (Janice), Paul Kilty, and Martin Kilty Jr. (Patricia).Dale was born in Camp Hill PA, her father Martin was in the service during WWII at that time. After the war, her family moved to Clifton Heights PA, and in 1958 they moved to West Chester PA. She lived the majority of her life in the West Chester/Downingtown area.Dale graduated from West Chester University with a BA in History. She enjoyed her job as a medical insurance claims processor and supervisor. Dale also worked as a medical malpractice claims adjuster for about 7 years.Services and the interment are private.
