Con was born in Wilmington Delaware to John Bero Sr. and Rose Bero. He was one of thirteen children and served in the United States Airforce and retired from Conrail. He enjoyed playing chess, teaching chess and target shooting. Some of Con’s greatest accomplishments were being ranked as one of the NRA USA’s top 25 sharp shooters in 1978, and was awarded a Chess Master title in 1980 by the International Chess Federation in Poland. He was also a member of the Masonic Lodge #709He was preceded in passing by his wife Elaine Palmer Bero and his granddaughter Avani Doshi. Con is survived by his son’s Andrew (Bobee) Bero, and John Bero; his step-children Sandra (nee McGurn) (Kalpesh) Doshi, and Tom (Stephenie) McGurn, his grandchildren Ryan, Andrea, Katie, Kennis, Karina, Stella, and Eliana. Relatives and friends are invited to his Visitation where his family will be present to welcome loved ones on Monday, December 20, 2021 10:30AM-11:45AM with his Funeral Service to follow 12:00PM at the Danjolell Memorial Home of Wallingford 908 So. Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086 Interment Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery.Contributions in Con’s name can be made to the Shriners Hospital 3551 N. Broad Street, Philadelphia, PA 19140 would be appreciated.At the request of the family they would like for all in attendance to wear Red, White or Blue or or a flag pin to honor Constant.arr: Danjolell-Barone
