Robert Al Miller

Born in Bronx, NYC on August 7, 1946, Robert Al Miller of Philadelphia passed away on July 23, 2021, at Vitas Hospice center after a lengthy illness. He was 74 years old. Robert was the son of Robert L. and Lorraine (nee Hoagland) Miller. He held many positions in his lifetime, a teacher at St. Louis Catholic School, a minister in Ontario, Canada and a mortgage processor for PSFS. He graduated from Plainfield High School and received his BA from Geneva College. He is predeceased by two nephews, James William and Christopher D. Miller. The eldest of five brothers, Robert is survived by Craig (Anne), Mark (Elizabeth), Kurt (Cynthia) and Christopher (Geraldine) and many nieces and nephews. Family and friends are invited to a visitation from 9 – 10 AM at Our Lady of Charity Church, 231 Upland Road, Brookhaven, PA followed by a mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM on Friday, July 30th. Interment will follow at Saints Peter and Paul Cemetery in Springfield, PA. In lieu of flowers, donations to Sisters, Servants of the Immaculate Heart of Mary, Camilla Hall Nursing Home, 100 Maxis Dr., Malvern, PA 19355 would be greatly appreciated.
